Day 1: Kyrgyz border - Karakul Lake - Murgab
We are happy to see you in Tajikistan. The driver will meet you at the border and transfer to Murgab. The road runs over mountains and high permits. On the way you will drive over Taldik pass, which is 3615 meters high and boasts memorable views. Right on the highway of the Pamir Tract is located the light-blue lake of Karakul of 3, 815 m, the name of which can be translated as "The Black Lake". Karakul is the highest large mountain lake of the world, discounting those in Tibet and Titicaca. We will drive to Murgab. They say in the Pamir: "if you traveled here and didn't see Murgab you didn't the Pamirs at all". It is called the Roof of the World. Travelers will drive over the highest Ak Baital pass. It is 4 655 m. Night is in a guesthouse.
Day 2: Murgab - Khorog
Today we will drive to Khorog by Pamir Highway, famous M41 Pamir Tract. It is the second highest mountain road after thoroughfare of Tibet. The road is located over mountains and passes on the elevations of more than 4 000 meters above sea level. Here we will pass over Koitezak pass (4 271 m). See the rough mountains of this corner of the world have given safe haven to an exclusive variety of environment. Travelers will have an opportunity to enjoy species of wild mammals are Turkestan rat, tiger-cat, grizzly bear, badger, stoat, fox, grey and red wolves.. Night is in a guesthouse.
Day 3: Khorog - Kalai Khum
On this day of a tour we will travel to Kalai Khum village. It has rock-strewn mountains of over 6 000 meters. Driving via the Pamirs, the sightseers have an idea to adore the pristine environment. It is a great chance to learn more about ethnography, antiquity and everyday life of mountain dwellers. Visitors will have a break in a small village to talk with local people and to see their life. Dwellers are located on both sides of the river in slight mountain valleys. On the other side of the river you will see Afgan stony villages and stunning gardens. Night is in a home stay.
Day 4: Kalai Khum - Norak - Dushanbe
In the morning we will travel to Dushanbe along Afghanistan border and Shuraba pass of about 2 267 m. The road will impress by the exclusive mountains. It is a Territory of Pamir Mountains. The celestial Pamirs have enthused the world's highest travelers as Marco Polo, Hsuan Tsang, Mirza Muhammad Haidar. We will drive alongside natural border - Pyanj River. You will see the grand mountain system the ocean of white and blue mountains. On the way you will find Norak water reservoir or Tajik Sea. Night is in a hotel.
Day 5: Dushanbe
Today's day is dedicated to a guided city tour. Guests will visit Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, and House of parliament. The next destination is visiting National park, then Ministry of Inner Affairs and where we can see National Flag in the world. It is about 165 m high pole, 30 m wide, 60 m long. The afternoon will start by visiting Central Museum and Gurminj Museum of traditional musical instruments. Afterwards you can visit Asian bazaar where fresh fruits and vegentables can be found. Night is in a hotel.
Day 6: Flight
In the morning is transfer to the airport. Have a safe flight!
